IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • In the evening you have a choice of hot or cold dishes. Well-tended restaurants, inns, Törggelekeller and pizzerias are only 10 minutes away on foot.
  • We put on barbecues on summer evenings for you.
  • In the event of early departure or cancellation at short notice you will be charged three full days.
  • In the event of longer advance booking we would ask our guests to register their arrival a week before.
  • Room reservations can only be regarded as binding if both parties have written confirmations.
  • Rooms and apartments must be vacated by 9 am on the day of departure.
  • Payment in cash.
  • Please understand that for organisational reasons specific rooms and floors cannot be reserved. riservare un determinato numero di camera o piano.
Children’s discounts
In bedrooms: No charge for children up to 6 years old; 50% discount for children up to 14 years old. 
In apartments: No charge is made for children up to 10 years old (as a third person). A charge of €8.00 is applied for every additional child/ person.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Cancellations from 15-30 days before arrival are charged at 50%. The complete duration of stay will be charged in the case of late arrivals or early departures.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and will be happy to provide you with further information.
